Sales:
- Handle all storage opportunities from opportunity to contract fully in line with sales funnel processes.
- Ensure client/contract portfolio in line with VHFL strategy (segmentation, differentiation, terms and
conditions, tariffs, duration of contracts, values and fit with terminal capability).
- Realization of profitable and executable contracts and terms and conditions with new and current customers.
- Participate in all relevant conference calls as required and proactively contribute to knowledge sharing within Vopak.
- Ensures storage contracts comply with Global GTCs.
- Responsible to draft to finalize storage contracts and send out to customers.
Customer Service:
- Supervise and participate in customers operational review meetings.
- Handle complaints fully in close contact with CSPOs and customers.
- Active involvement in service culture improvement in the company (leading service committee, service improvement activities).
Commercial control and reporting:
Account Management:
- Closely liaise on daily basis with CSPOs, invoicing team and operations on day to day customer activities.
Market & VHFL primary process know how:
- Gather market information and analyses of market trends, competitors, and key selected customers and make
information available via direct communication and the available ICT tools in order to ensure up to date and thorough understanding of the market developments and present and future needs of the selected customers.
