Portfolio Coordinator

As Portfolio Coordinator you contribute to the development, improvement and implementation of a solid sustaining capex portfolio for the Botlek terminals.

The Portfolio Coordinator reports to the Technical Manager.

Requirements

• Completed HBO/WO degree in a technical domain

• Minimum of 5 years working experience in an industrial environment in engineering or construction

• Excellent leadership skills, strong in directing performance and realizing agreed targets.

• Experience in project management, tools and standards including project control systems.

• Strong analytical skills 

• Flexibility to work on any of the VRB terminals.

• Excellent stakeholder management on various levels.

• Proven Safety leadership and service minded.

• Entrepreneurial, energetic personality, self-motivated.

• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Your role as Portfolio Coordinator

• Proces owner of the annual 3YMP cycle maintenance budgets.

• Develop a long term capex outlook jointly with the maintenance engineering department

• Responsible for adherence to the integral technical planning process and further development hereof.

• Functionally steer and coach 4 schedulers (2 maintenance and 2 sustaining capex) and support them in the planning process. 

• Provide business insights in the investment programme. Jointly with project controls prepare data for portfolio performance meetings.

• Identify synergies in the investment program and actively steer towards maximizing these synergies

• Work on best practices for portfolio management and control.

• Review project requests and assess fit with the current investment programme. 

• Support Technical Management Team and clusterleads in realizing their project programs.
