Key Results Areas :

• Ensure that Vopak Fundamentals is fully implemented in VTM.
• Ensure that Vopak Way minimum standards are right implemented
• Coordinate the implementation/ongoing support of the Vopak Fundamentals/Sandards across functions.
• Leverages activity and supports function and Dept Roles within the Vopak Fundamental/Standards.
• Monitors and complies summary data on Vopak Fundamental/Standards implementations and measurements (including correlayion to performance results) for all Department within.
• Reports Vopak Fundamentals/Standards implementation status/results to the Company Management Leaders and maintain data in portal timely.
• Support training functuin related to training needed to achieve implementation of Vopak Fundamentals/Standards.
• Provides coordination, support and advice as needed to remove implementation barriers and resolve issues.
• Prepare, include coordinate with all Department, internal and external audit (THA, CDI-T, KN-RCI, Customer Audit, etc.) and monitor the follow up of the gaps.
• Ensure sustainability of company compliance to Vopak Fundamental/Standard requirements.
• Involve and back up in SHE activities.
• Influence employees on conduct of SOR and monitor the target SOR.
• Coordinate and maintain implementation of Qol
• Communicate with VAS in relation of Vopak Fundamental/Standard implementation.
• Implement the Hearts and Minds program in VTM.
• Coordinate the implementation/ongoing support of IMS across functions.
• Monitors and complies summary data on IMS implementation and measurements (including correlation to performance results) for all department.

• Vopak Fundamental/Standards implementation
• Internal and external audit result (THA, CDI-T, KN-RCI, etc.).
• Government compliane.
• SHEQ KPI improvement.
• IMS system.
• RC codes compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum Diploma Degree in Technical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years in industrial business on SHE process
• Good knowledge on Safety & Occupational Health matter and how to implementation of industrial business process
• Familiar with fire & emergency system
• Familiar with incident reporting & investigation to get root cause analysis

• Good knowledge regarding to Environment permit, AMDAL, RKL&RPL requirement & Waste management (Domestic & Hazardous)
• Familiar with government regulation related to Safety, Occupational Health & Environment
• Familiar with National or International code regarding to SHE
• Familiar with regional & national authority related to Safety, Health & Environment 
• Have knowledge on port & marine security system (ISPS Code)
• Have knowledge on ISO-9001, ISO-14001 & ISO 45001 (IMS)
• Have knowledge on Safety Management (SMK3 PP No. 50 Year 2012)
• Have knowledge on Oil Spill Response at sea (OSCP / Oil Spill Contingency Plan)
