Your role and impact:

As our Regional Finance Manager (Reporting & Analysis), you will play a critical role in the financial processes and reporting activities, and are responsible for budget planning. Acting as the finance business partner, you will work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in the local operating companies in the region to drive business performance.   • Drive the budgeting and forecasting process of the Division and operating companies ('OpCos').
  • Ensure good reporting quality by OpCos and consolidate OpCos' results on a monthly basis for submission to the Division management team (based in Singapore) and Global (based in the Netherlands).
  • Prepare monthly management reporting packs to analyze actual performance against budget and estimated outlook of OpCos.
  • Design and construct report to best reflect OpCos and Division performance to ensure continuous monitoring of performance.
  • Develop reports and dashboards which include KPI analysis (e.g. cost efficiency and throughput) to support business decision making.
  • Obtain dividend payout forecasts from OpCos and track actual payouts against these forecasts.
  • Coordinate and consolidate legal, tax and insurance claims to ensure all provisions are properly accounted for and reported.
  • Review project scenario changes and report OpCos' project impacts / financials.
  • Monitor free cash flow to measure and focus on OpCos and Division's ability to generate cash flow from the business, less capex spend.
  • Lead and coordinate improvement efforts to continuously improve division and OpCos financial reporting and analysis processes.
  • Monitor capital expenditure (capex) and track the capex against budget / spend forecast by working closely with Operations teams to optimize free cash flow.
  • Track OpCos' discretionary capex (i.e. unbudgeted capex) to ensure that the total amount is within OpCo and Division management approval limits.
  • Analyze sustainability KPIs' development and trends in sustainability reporting (e.g. energy efficiency).
  • Be the Division's subject matter expert for Tagetik (consolidation and reporting system) and management reports


  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Accountancy or Finance with minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience preferably in FP&A).
  • CA (chartered accountant) qualified.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving ability and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to interpret complex data, drive financial performance and business outlook discussions with OpCos, and able to present key messages in a logical and simple manner
  • Highly proficient user of Microsoft Office, Google Suite applications and Business Intelligence tools. 
  • Experience in building dashboards or reports.
  • Structured, logical and attention to details.
  • Possess a "can do" attitude and is comfortable driving process improvements and changes.
  • Curious, willing to challenge the status quo and willingness to share one's point of view.
  • Excellent verbal and written (English) communication skills.
  • Fast learner of various systems and tools (experience with ERP systems preferred).
