Your role and impact:

As our HR Operations Lead, you will be responsible for the HR operations (My People) function, to deliver excellent employee experience while managing the operational processes for the employee life cycle, from hiring, on-boarding, maintaining employee records, payroll processing, compensation,  salary and benefits administration to exit, including digitalization, process standardization, simplification to automation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the team to build and sustain a 'HR operational excellence' in service delivery, from hiring to the exit of the employee life cycle.
  • Manage, oversee hiring, on-boarding, data management, payroll, vendor management, salary, benefits, claims administration, HR reporting  and ensuring compliance with local tax rules and legislation.
  • Manage and ensure payroll is delivered accurately and timely, in compliance with local legislations.
  • Manage and ensure local statutory reporting is submitted accurately and timely.
  • Manage and ensure payroll reconciliations are done in partnership with Finance.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for HR services
  • Ensure that all HR operational transactions are in compliance with policies and local legislations.
  • Develop key metrics for service level standards and measurements
  • Review and ensure HR operational procedures and processes support business needs and add value.
  • Drive and improve employee experience, increase self-service capability and create opportunities for automation, reduction in manual processes and simplified processes that increase accuracy and productivity.
  • Review operational procedures and processes to ensure operational efficiency and compliance  policy requirements.
  • Develop and drive employee data analytics to facilitate informed decision making
  • Facilitate feedback from internal customers, business leaders and employees, so as  to strive towards excellence in service delivery.
  • Responsible for the governance of  employee data and system controls, access rights in the HR information system and review processes to re-engineer to achieve efficiency.
  • Oversee the global mobility process for employee movements globally.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships both internally and externally

Requirements:

  • 6-9 years of HR experience
  • Has experience in leading HR Operations in a Shared Services environment
  • Bachelor's degree and/or Diploma in HR
  • Strong and proven analytical skills
  • Detailed oriented and meticulous 
  • Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management
  • Leadership and people management skills
  • Possess Innovation skills
