  • Responsible for the processing of transactional activities such as accurate and timely leave and benefits admin, global mobility processes, employee data management, pass application/renewal/cancellation, swab test registrations, labour market survey completion/submission,  retirement extension, onboarding admin & exit clearance, ensuring compliance with local legislation.
  • Review and make recommendations to improve on HR operational/transactional activities to achieve efficiency and improve employee experience.
  • Work closely with other HR operations team members and provide excellent support to HR teams and employees.
  • Process timely and accurate claims relating to insurance and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate records of claims and ensure compliance with local policy and legislation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of  statutory reporting, including support monthly HR reports
  • Arrange for job requisitions and job postings in internal and external platforms.
  • Liaise with line managers and HR business partners to schedule interviews.
  • Support the preparation of letters and other HR operational/transactional activities.


  • Diploma holder or the equivalent with experience in HR/benefits administration and HR Shared Services  environment.
  • Details oriented and meticulous.
  • Knowledge of local legislation is an advantage.
  • Ability to plan and organise.
  • Strong excel skills and computer literate.
  • Fluent spoken and written English
