  • Responsible for order processing in the registration of vessels, Inter Tank Transfer (ITT), trucking and drumming orders in Vopak internal system accurately.

  • Update customer orders based on instructions gathered from Commercial teams.

  • Manage trucking and drumming activities, includes performing any relevant dispatch jobs required at the terminals.

  • Coordinate any service disruptions with Commercial and Terminal Operations teams.

  • Perform documentation handling such as customs clearance processes, shipping and ITT documentation and other prevailing administrative tasks for the Customer Service department.

  • Process invoicing tasks promptly and correctly.

  • Responsible for periodic reporting such as relevant stock reports for the government agencies, manual inventory reports for customers, and all other ad hoc reporting as and when required.


  • ITE/Diploma in Business with minimum 3 years' experience in a dynamic admin role

  • Conversant with common enterprise productivity tools such as emails, Microsoft Office, Google Suite.

  • Ability to manage multiple party communications and operate under dynamic environment.

  • Individual who is able to multitask, consistently meets deadlines, and possess aptitude to work well independently and in teams.
