Manage relationship with existing and potential customer
Seek future market expansion opportunities
Manage and develop team to achieve business targets
Understanding customer needs and optimizing on pricing policy and service offerings
Ensure appropriate advertising & promotions activities and events
Ensure departmental account and enquires are managed effectively by team and work improvement process is in place
Accurately analyze market trends and pursue opportunities for developing market plans and strategies for implementation consistent with company's positioning strategy, market trends and analysis.
Gathering market intelligence and making competitive market analysis
Managing key interdepartmental relationship
Initiate and develop new projects (third party business : new product storage & industrial business)
Seek out new business opportunities as per sales and marketing plans
Participate in RAM preparations and sessions
This role is also a member of the local OpCo Management Team.
Actively participate in keeping the safe, healthy and secure work environment and also environmentally friendly.
Have safety talks in the field during SOR's;
Report unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, near misses, incidents and accident immediately to a member of the terminal team.
Approach colleagues, management, contractors and third parties and give feedback on their (safety) behavior.
Correctly follow all safety regulations.
