Training and Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) Coordinator

This role has four key areas of responsibility

• Training: administer training across Vopak Australia (VTA), including user set-up and administration and liaising with contractors and customers, to ensure training compliance and accurate record keeping; assisting VTA employees to organise external training as needed; assisting in the development of content for VTA training.

• Record Keeping and Compliance: maintain all registers and record management tools to ensure accurate data; manage all requirements for PPE; undertake periodic review of all SHEQ documentation to ensure it is current, fit for purpose and is readily available for all stakeholders.

• Reporting: produce monthly training status reports; ensure timely submission of regulatory compliance reporting and assist the SHEQ Manager in the preparation of those reports.

• SHEQ Administration: provide support to the SHEQ and HR Managers for the management of all injury claims; facilitate and record minutes for regular SHEQ meetings; ensure Enablon is effectively used and support stakeholders to ensure accurate data.

You will be highly organised, have very good computer skills, have an eye for detail and have the ability to work with people at all levels of the organisation.

Experience in training administration and / or working in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality would be desirable but is not essential.  A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment would be advantageous.
