What will you do as an HR Intern?
 

During your internship you will help us on several topics related to HR administration. This will vary from  doing checks on employee files to setting up a short pilot project in using travelcards within Vopak. Also within our documentation system you wil get tasks to setup new topics or check existing ones on the right information.

• An internship allowance (€600 for WO and €500 for HBO students per month based on 40 hours working) plus travel expenses.

What do we expect from you as an HR Intern?
 

• You are a MBO or Bachelor student, 3rd year

• You are living in the Netherlands

• Available for 5 - 6 months

• You are proactive and have proven affinity with HR and interested in analyzing HR processes, work processes, audit procedures etc.

• You are communicative and not afraid to give your opinion.
   

What are the responsibilities? 
 

• You will be part of the HR Support team  and help them out on the day to day business, by checking letters and or contracts.

• You also will have a part in checking the employee files and adding them to the payroll system. 

• You also can be part of the documentation team who is working on setting up a proper documentation system.

• Besides that you will be able to work on your school project or a HR specific project, depending on the agreements made before you start your intern period.
