The internship at our HR Services department allows you to get to know our day to day way of working and gives you the opportunity to contribute to better service and new ways of working.  

Requirements:

• You are a MBO or Bachelor student and you will remain enrolled at a Dutch university for the whole duration of the internship

• You are living in the Netherlands

• Available for 5 - 6 months, as from September 2023

• You are proactive and have proven affinity with HR 

• You are communicative and not afraid to give your opinion.

Your role as an HR Intern

• You will be part of the HR Support team and work on Joiners, Movers and Leavers processes. 

• You also will have a part in checking the employee files and adding them to the payroll system. 

• You also can be part of the documentation team who is working on setting up a proper documentation system.

• Besides that you will be able to work on your school project or a HR specific project, depending on the agreements made before you start your intern period.
