Solution Architect HR & Commerce

We are looking for a Solution Architect that can help us in the business domains of HR and Commerce. You will be responsible for the architectures within these business domains.
In this role you are part of the Global IT Architecture team and report to the Director Architecture and Design.
What will you do as a Solution Architect?
We are looking for a business oriented Solution Architect who translates Business/IT vision and strategy into enterprise wide adaptive and future ready architectures. The solution architect ensures that IT solutions fit business needs and are in line with enterprise architecture and security standards. The Solution Architect maps processes and (non)functional requirements towards a solution, outlines and architectures that facilitate enterprise evolution and focus on enterprise value.

What are the requirements for being a Solution Architect?
Minimal 5 years of experience as a solution architect in the intersection of business processes, data and applications.
Graduate degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Information systems.
Preferably experience in HR and Commercial business processes.
Experience in Software Development or IT product development.
Experience in IT (cloud) infrastructure.
Experience in process design and data modeling.
Experience with Integration patterns like Event-driven, R/R, REST APIs and CQRS
Experience in usage of architecture tooling like LeanIX
Solid understanding of Architecture concepts like SOA, xAAS, DDD, Cloud Native, Serverless Architecture.
Certification in and experience with TOGAF, DYA or equivalent architecture framework.
Experience with Agile Architecture and the role of an architect within an Agile or SAFe organization.
Strong communication skills and consultancy focus.
Experienced Team player that is able to coach and help fellow architects and business process analysts during their designs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Knowledge of Workday and CRM suites are a plus.
Knowledge of IAM processes and solutions are a plus.
What are the core responsibilities?
The application and information architecture of solutions - Translate Business processes and Data models into application landscapes and solutions.
Application landscape integration architecture - Provide direction towards integration between and within solutions.
Delivery plans and roadmaps of solutions - Facilitate business leaders with plans and roadmaps to transition from the baseline architecture towards the target architecture.
Be a bridge between Business and IT - Understand the business, their requirements and be able to translate them into sustainable IT architectures and components.
Architectural control on projects - Safeguard the implementation with architecture control and escalate to the Enterprise Architect in case of deviations.
Issue Resolution - Assist in solving issues related to architecture or design related issues.
