SHEQ Officer

Requirements:

• Min Occupational Health and Safety Degree with specialist in fire safety and/or oil Industrial Engineering or Equivalent

• Possess certification in Ahli AK3 MIGAS/AK3 UMUM/AK3 Kebakaran

• Possess certification in K3 such as Confined Space or Working at Height or Scaffolding Inspector is required

• Min 5 years relevant experience in Tank Storage Terminal, Petrochemical or Oil & gas Operations or Marine Industry

• Possess strong knowledge of Fire Safety, SMK3, ISO45001, PROPER, IS014001, and ISPS Code, IMO/ISM Standards,

• Good MS Office skills particularly in Excel, Words and Powerpoint

• Strong knowledge of relevant HSE principles especially Operations Terminal Fire Safety techniques and the ability to recommend safe work practices

• Ability to carry out Emergency response plan, drill and exercises following the ERP include security plan 

• Having experience with CSMS Standard Methodology and strategy and experience to prepare SHE audit, inspection, training program and conducted training as Supervisor

• Fire safety course, First aider and rescue will be advantage

• Knowledge of all aspects of environmental related to Operations stage and Indonesia laws and regulations 

• Strong experience and knowledge in the safety Fuel Terminal operations and processes

Job Description:

• Lead, Coordinate and Supervise all SHEQ & Security related activities on the Operations site and interface between discipline include security, contractor and other third party

• Maintain a general fire safety, detection & protection system as required to standards and government rules. As the vocal point of ERT and DPFSO Coordinator

• Conduct routine inspection for the fire detection & protection equipment, Oil Spill kit, First aid kit, PPE and other safety equipment and following up for any gaps/finding

• Conduct drill & exercise following to ERP include the Security/ISPS code plan

• As the Deputy PFSO. He should be able to maintain an external relationship to the Authority, Fire Brigade Department, Government offices, Neighbors Company related to routine tasks etc. Coordinator for the PFSO activities both for internal and external committee

• As the Deputy PFSO. He should be able to maintain an external relationship to the Authority, Fire Brigade Department, Government offices, Neighbors Company related to routine tasks etc. Coordinator for the PFSO activities both for internal and external committee

• Technical SHEQ & Security discipline (Loss Prevention, Design Safety, Fire System, ISPS Code, Environment and Sustainability)

• Responsible for SHEQ Compliance and Overall Terminal Technical Site SHEQ Performance

• Coordination of the department discipline HSE Performance include in security and contractor 

• Lead, Coordinate and Supervise SHEQ Drill, exercise and incident investigation

• Provide Specialized SHEQ Support and Supervise for the terminal team, contractors and third party such as truck driver, mooring crew etc 

• Deliver Risk Assessment Workshop for the operations, Safety Group Meeting, Toolbox Talk, training plan & inspection Program, Safety & Security Drill and exercise and PFSO committee

• Conduct and deliver SHEQ programs, such as Induction, Inspection, Audit and other SHEQ&S related

• Maintain SHEQ Report Statistic and documentation and As Site SHEQ Officer vocal point coordinators 

• Strong leadership, vocal point of SHEQ Site Contact and Act as Security Site Contact (DPFSO)

• Support construction for the HSE Matter related when required 

• Willing to learn and ready to other duties assigned by Superior and/or management
