this vacancy

  • To secure VTZ and customer’s interest, carry out VTZ’s SHEQT policies, and deliver such policies to customer, customer representatives/agents or vendors through daily communications;
  • To carry out VTZ Customer Relationship Management program; Be the 2nd expert user of PEPI and CRM system within the commercial dept;
  • To conduct sales & marketing promotion for VTZ; To carry out market study on local tank terminal biz;
  • To conduct regular visits or courtesy calls to customers, collect market information and customer feedback, and prepare call reports;
  • To obtain information through customer enquiry and activate internal enquiry review process;
  • To provide quotation to customer; To prepare relevant commercial related reports & documents periodically;
  • To coordinate with Customer Service Dept, improve the commercial process and enhance customer satisfaction;
  • To coordinate with VTZ all functional departments to secure the smoothness of business and operations;
  • To be actively contribute to Vopak China commercial activities; Comply and promote company SHE&Q regulations and culture;
  • To carry out other works assigned by VTZ.
