What will you do as a Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Specialist?
The Recruitment & Talent Acquisition specialist is part of the BU NL HR team and will report to the HR Manager NL. In this role you will have the opportunity to lead the recruitment processes for a variety of positions in our Global HQ in Rotterdam. Next to that you work in close cooperation with the Global Talent Director, to further strengthen our Employer Branding.

What do we expect from you as a Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Specialist?
Minimum of Bsc degree
Ideally around 2-4 years of Recruiting experience, corporate or agency side
Experience/knowledge from building an Employer Brand & online job marketing
Experience with social media campaigning to attract targeted talents
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday is an advantage
Strong social and communication skills in Dutch & English, both oral and written.
Result driven, customer oriented, initiative, entrepreneurship and enjoys interacting with a variety of people and data savvy.
What does your day look like?
You are the main person for first contact with hiring managers and candidates. You coordinate the whole recruitment process from intake to offer. Next to this you ensure that campaigns, campus events, internships and other initiatives are executed as planned. You also have an advisory role regarding online assessments. Next to that you bring value to our projects around Employer Branding and improving our Global attractiveness and consistency of job posts. Making sure that we further enhance our stories we tell to advocate we are an attractive company to work for!
Your core responsibilities are:
Maintain active contact with HR business partners and Line Managers about the status of recruitment processes
Taking care of an excellent candidate experience
Posting of vacancies and advice on attractive text and right channels to generate the best candidates
Monitor and improve on our main KPI: Time to Fill
Taking the lead in various external recruitment events in the Netherlands
Monitoring the consistency and effectiveness of vacancies in line with the Vopak style, values and corporate standards, around the Globe
Build and maintain a strong relationship with our recruitment and communication colleagues around the globe to exchange best practices and tools to enhance our Employer Brand
Continuously improve our EVP in close partnership with the global Vopak HR network
