We are looking for an energetic Corporate Recruiter who helps Vopak in driving our brand recognition forward by delivering value in the full recruitment cycle. Are you ready to take on your next challenge and work for one of the oldest Dutch multinationals?

What will you do as a Corporate Recruiter?

The Corporate Recruiter is part of the HR team and will report to the HR Manager. In this role you will have the opportunity to lead the recruitment processes for a variety of positions in our Global HQ in Rotterdam.

What do we expect from you as a Corporate Recruiter?
 

  • Minimum of Bsc degree

  • Ideally around 2-4 years of Recruiting experience, corporate or agency side

  • Experience with recruitment processes 

  • Experience with Workday is an advantage

  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is an advantage

  • Strong social and communication skills in Dutch & English, both oral and written.

  • Result driven, customer oriented, initiative, entrepreneurship and enjoys interacting with a variety of people

What does your day look like?
 

You are the main person for first contact with candidates, internal and external parties regarding our vacancies or other questions about the recruitment process. You coordinate the whole recruitment process from intake to offer. Next to this you ensure that campagnes, projects, internships and other initiatives are going as scheduled. You also have an advisory role regarding online assessments, this consists of correctly understanding the results and advise line managers in this process.

Your core responsibilities are:
 

  • Maintain active contact with and update HR business partners and Line Managers about the status of recruitment processes

  • Taking care of an excellent candidate experience in the recruitment process

  • Single point of contact for line managers for recruitment related questions

  • Posting of vacancies 

  • Assisting in writing/reviewing job descriptions

  • Monitoring the consistency of job descriptions in line with the Vopak house style

  • Carry out telephone screenings with applicants

  • Taking the lead in various external recruitment events and being responsible for beholding our Vopak exhibition stand
