The Invoicing & Billing Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to- end execution of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) pipeline across Sydney and Darwin terminals. Sitting within the Customer Service team, this position champions the 'Voice of the Customer' by acting as a single point of contact for all billing inquiries, while maintaining the necessary operational separation of duties between the Customer Service and Finance departments. The primary focus of the role is to stabilize terminal billing operations, diligently minimise revenue leakage, accelerate cash flow, and proactively manage the reconciliation and resolution of complex commercial account variance.
