The SHEQ & Training Advisor supports the Darwin Terminal’s commitment to safe, reliable, and compliant operations by coordinating all aspects of site safety, health, environment, quality, and competency training. The role provides hands-on SHEQ advisory support to ensure compliance with Vopak’s global standards, regulatory requirements, and site-specific operating procedures while building workforce capability through structured training coordination and record management. This dual-function role promotes a strong safety culture, ensures continuous improvement of SHEQ systems, and facilitates the training framework that supports safe operations across terminal, maintenance, and contractor activities.
