Maintenance & Engineering Planner/Scheduler

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years working experience as Maintenance Planner/Scheduler.
• Experience in petrochemical or oil and gas industry is good advantage.

Key Result Areas:

• Implementation the application of CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management System).
• Develops, reviews, monitors and initiates continual improvement of Maintenance programs and procedures.
• Review and translate the equipment vendor PM procedure into Working Instructions.
• Prioritize and prepare training materials to coach the Maintenance and Operation technicians.
• Prepare and/or review specification and cost estimation for all modifications and/or new installations.
• Coordinate activities (planning & Schedule) including with equipment/material vendor to optimize the execution of work orders and Maintenance programs.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Computer Maintenance Management System has been implemented as well as keeping excellent and timely records of maintenance plans, implementation, and analysis.
• Maintenance Program and Procedures are well monitored.
• Project Management procedure has been reviewed and translated to Working Instruction for vendor.
• Training materials to coach the Maintenance and Operation technicians are prepared.

• Specification and cost estimation for all modifications and/or new installations are prepared and reviewed.
• Activities, including equipment/material vendor to optimize the execution of work orders and Maintenance programs, are implemented.

• Maintenance budget preparation assistance.
• ISO 9000, 14000 & 45001 standard compliance.

• Ensure work order performance and backlog can be controlled and monitored within agreed target of Department.
• Ensures PMs are scheduled timely and meeting corporate’s KPIs requirement.
• Ensuring all work order have been planned and scheduled with considering all of aspect such as resources availability, spare parts and tools, and window time.
