• Strongly believe the principle of “The safety is the everybody responsibility”, aim to improve the department and company’s safety culture and all relevant SHEQ targets; 坚信“安全是每个人的职责”的原则，致力于提高部门和公司的安全文化和各项SHEQ目标。
• Always follow Vopak Maintenance Management Standards and the Maintenance Efficiency and Effectiveness （ME2）blueprint to execute all relevant maintenance activities according to the plan & schedule.始终贯彻孚宝维修管理标准和ME2管理框架，按计划和进度执行相关的维修活动。
• To ensure that all responsible assets are timely inspected and maintained according to the inspection and preventive maintenance procedure.  To analyse and feedback the operation status of the equipment and failure causes, provide improvement plans, improve the effectiveness of the PM work to improve the reliability of equipment, optimize the inventory of spare parts to reduce the down time of related system.确保所负责的资产按照检维修程序进行预防性保养和维修，分析反馈设备设施运行情况和故障原因，提供改善方案，提高设备预防性检查维修效果以提高设备可靠性，优化备品备件库存以降低相关系统中断时间。
• To ensure the integrity of document management of  equipment such as list, data sheet, IOM, inspection report, maintenance records, drawings, etc.管理完善设备设施资料档案（台账、检查报告，维修记录，图纸资料等）
• Play the specified role as the Special Equipment Safety Management key engineer, assisted the developing & archiving of  the special equipment’s safety  and technical documents, to deal with the special equipment registration, to develop the special equipment operating procedures, to organize special equipment safety education and skills training, to organization the self-inspection for the special equipment regularly, to establish the regular inspection and maintenance plan of the  special equipment, and ensure all the planned activities will carry out according to the plan, and all the risk mitigation/corrective actions will be followed up until fully closed.作为部门指定的特种设备主要管理人员，能协助建立特种设备安全技术档案，办理特种设备使用登记，组织制定特种设备操作规程，组织开展特种设备安全教育和技能培训，组织开展特种设备定期自行检查，编制特种设备定期检验计划，督促落实定期检验和隐患治理工作。
• Carry out the engineering and maintenance activities within Terminal so as to ensure optimum availability of reliable and safe equipment and facilities. To ensure to be in compliance to the Company and statutory SHE requirements.在库区内进行工程和维修工作，以最佳的状态保证机器、设备的可靠和安全，并确保符合公司和法定的安全健康环保要求。
• Coordinate with maintenance engineers of EM and other departments. So that M&R works can be executed promptly. Minimize the equipment down time.与项目维修部的维修工程师及其他部门协调，迅速进行维护和修理工作，将设备停机时间减至最小。
• Participate in preparation of annual budgets for maintenance expenditure with monitor and control measures so as to ensure maintenance work are conducted cost effectively within the approved budgets.参与维修费用年度预算的编制，采取监督和控制措施，保证维修工作在核准的预算内经济有效地开展。
• Participate in preparation of 3YMP budgets for sustaining capital expenditure with and execute sustaining Capex projects with control measures so as to ensure projects work are conducted safely and within the approved budgets.参与3年可持续性固定资产投资项目预算的编制，采取监督和控制措施，保证项目在核准的预算内安全地开展。
• Conduct necessary training/coaching for maintenance/operations technicians or the maintenance contractors according to its respective level required.根据不同工作的要求，为维修技师、操作人员及维修承包商提供必要的培训/指导。
• Acquaint and understand SHEQ policy and objects of terminal, fully implement IMS procedures and SHE KPI.熟悉理解公司的安全健康环保及质量制度和目标，严格执行IMS程序及安全健康环保关键绩效指标。
• Assist Maintenance Manager to update related procedures per Vopak requirement.帮助工程维修经理按照孚宝要求更新相关程序。
• Assist the maintenance manager, engineers or above to identify the equipment failure root cause, provide advice or sharing experience to work out more accurate maintenance plan and spare parts strategy.协助维修经理，工程师或更高级岗位同事进行设备故障根本原因辨识，提供建议，分享经验以进一步制定更加精确的维修计划和库存策略。
• Support to implement MIP(Vopak EAM) rollout project and apply the EAM system to improve maintenance Effectiveness and Efficiency (ME2)支持执行孚宝维修提升项目(MIP, Vopak EAM)，并应用EAM系统提升维修管理效果和效率
• Regularly attend the ORM (operations review meeting) with customers, to discuss service performance, safety issues, complaints, improvement actions, etc.定期参加客户操作回顾会议，讨论服务绩效，安全问题，投诉，改进方案等。
• To assist and support the Terminal Department in continuously improving Terminal operations, facilities and equipment though proactively identifying opportunities and implementing solutions, and through implementing Vopak corporate initiatives, E&U saving and standards.通过积极识别改进机会和实施方案以及执行孚宝集团公司的节能计划以及标准，协助运营部门持续改进码头和罐区的设施、设备及操作。
• Strictly implement the procedures of relevant departments of the company (SHE, Operation, HR, Finance, Purchasing, etc.) to carry out daily works.严格执行公司相关部门管理制度（安全环保部，运营部，人力资源部，财务部，采购部等）执行日常工作。
• Regularly participate the emergency response drills according to the ERP, to identify and remove the gaps thru the drills, to ensure that all specific ER plans always workable whenever the emergency case happened.根据应急预案定期参加应急反应演习，通过演习，找出差距并弥补差距，确保无论何时，当应急情况发生时，相关的应急预案都能够是切实可行的。
• Do other work assigned by the manager.部门经理安排的其他工作。

Skills & Knowledge: 技能知识：

Education:        College degree with relevant major (Mechanical or EI )

教育：             专科或以上相关专业（机械或电仪）

Languages:           Ability in both written and spoken English and Mandarin

语言：           普通话且英文口语及书写流畅

Computer:            Ability to use computer and knowledge of relevant software

计算机： 熟悉计算机操作及相关软件的运用

Experience:   Minimum 5 years related experience in Chemical industry or Petrochemical industry

工作经历：       至少5年化工或石化相关经验

Technical ability & certificate: Special equipment safety management (preferred)

技能证书：特种设备安全管理人员(推荐)
