Your role and impact:

As our IT/OT Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the IT/OT Manager in executing all IT/OT services, applications, networks, systems, both hardware and software applications, to meet operational business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the maintenance and support of IT/OT services, networks, systems, applications and servers

• Support day-to-day operational requirements and administration of Singapore’s IT/OT infrastructure

• Investigate questions relating to existing IT/OT services, network, processes and procedures

• Ensure compliance with local and global IT/OT security, standards and policies

• Manage project and vendor management for IT/OT system implementation

• Maintain and manage IT/OT related assets

• Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software procurement and maintenance

• Maintain awareness of related programs and projects to ensure that common objectives are met and the required integration is achieved

• Assess current technology, solutions and business practices, interpret internal practices to align business requirements

• Participate in the implementation of local and global IT/OT projects as assigned by the IT/OT Manager

• Advise, set up, configure and troubleshoot IT/OT systems

• Listen to, analyse and support business and employees effectively

• Work closely and communicate with IT/OT colleagues to support business and employees

• Help others get the most out of data management systems by providing support and advice

• Manage and work with vendors/contractors to support business and employees efficiently and effectively

• Train and guide juniors and/or 3rd party vendors to perform the task efficiently to meet business needs

Requirements:

• At  least 3 years’ experience in IT/OT systems, preferably with a Systems Integrator

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or IT Professional certification

• At least one of the following certifications: VMWare VCP certification (V6 and above), Azure or AWS

• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally

• Good business writing skills

• Technical certification from organizations such as Cisco, Microsoft, VMware and Nutanix would be an added advantage

• Knowledge of the business activities and processes in petrochemical operations and industrial automation would be an added advantage

• Knowledge on Industrial Internet Of Things (IIOT) and Industrial Wireless Protocols would be an added advantage
