Key Result Area

  • Ensure Customer Service operations as per requirements.
  • Accountable and responsible for maintaining customer relationship.
  • Ensure all related permits are updated.
  • Support and assist customers in relationships with authorities to ensure no obstacle to customer operations.
  • Ensure a continuous improvement program is in place in the department.
  • Ensure smooth process of customer product handling in all supply chain schemes.
  • Responsible on iCare program.
  • Build communication with the customers to ensure their requirements are met.
  • Ensure on-time reporting.
  • Responsible for the customs clearance process of customer cargo subject to Indonesia Government Regulations and also company customs licenses.

Key Performance Indicators

  • ​Customer Service KPI.
  • Compliance with Government regulations.
  • Compliance with ISO standard.
  • Maintain a high standard of Customer Service.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree (Industrial, Engineering, or Marine background will be an advantage).
  • Experienced in chemical, petrochemical or oil & gas industry.
  • Experienced in Customer Relationship management.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge on customs process and administration.
  • Demonstrate a good leadership.
  • Good teamwork.
  • Good in English
  • Self-motivated and highly energised.
