1、负责公司机械设备（动设备）技术管理。根据国家法规和地方各公司SHE、Vopak公司相关标准、维修管理程序等开展机械设备（动设备）技术管理；
2、通过建立完善的机械设备（动设备）可靠性维修管理程序，采用预防性维修、预测性维修等方法和来保证设备的可靠性，满足安全和生产的要求；
3、向维修和其他团队提供相关的培训和能力提升指导。
