this vacancy
（1）负责公司仪表和自控系统（含电信系统）技术管理。根据国家法规和地方各公司SHE、Vopak公司相关标准、维修管理程序等开展仪表和自控系统（含电信系统）技术管理；
（2）通过建立完善的仪表和自控系统（含电信系统）可靠性维修管理程序，采用预防性维修、预测性维修等方法和来保证设备的可靠性，满足安全和生产的要求；
（3）向维修和其他团队提供相关的培训和能力提升指导。
